What it is

Pulse Drift is a one-button rhythm game where timing is everything. Each clean hit increases your drift, raises the tempo, and reveals new musical layers. Miss too often and the pulse collapses.

How to play

• Watch the ring and tap when it reaches the center.
• Perfect and Good hits increase drift.
• Misses drain drift. If the pulse drops to zero, you reset.
• As drift rises, the world changes and new music layers come online.

Controls

• Space or Click / Tap to play.
• Works with mouse, keyboard, and touch.

Modes

Progression - Move through a fixed sequence of scenes as you stabilize your drift.

Endless Drift - After reaching the final scene, you enter infinite mode: scenes cycle in fresh sequences and the soundtrack keeps evolving.

Music

The soundtrack is generated live with multiple independent layers. Each scene introduces a new layer, and in Endless mode transitions continuously remix the active set while staying harmonically consistent.

Tips

• Don’t chase speed. Lock into the pulse first.
• If you start slipping, aim for Good hits to stabilize before pushing for Perfect.
• Higher drift means higher BPM. Your timing window stays the same, so stay calm.
